Sleep was always one of my last priorities.
Sure, I loved it. Who doesn't? But every time I fell into bed I was instantly wishing I'd done it sooner, and every morning I would wake up wishing that I'd had more. Talk about sleep scarcity!
Since I made the decision to banish scarcity mentalities from ALL aspects of my life, sleep had to become a priority again. I have carried around a sleep deprivation from small children and before that workaholism-induced insomnia for a number of years. So I suitably felt like I'd been hit by a truck when I finally DID get some sleep. But then it began to change my life.
